License agreement

By installing or using Topo, you agree to the following terms.

1. License

After purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Topo on up to two Macs. You can remove the license from a Mac in Settings to use it on another one.

2. Purchase

Topo is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. There is no trial version: instead, you can get a refund on request for 14 days (see section 5).

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, redistribute or share your license key, nor decompile the app, except as permitted by law.

4. Updates

Updates to version 1 are free. A future major version may require a new purchase; your version will keep working.

5. Refunds

If Topo isn't right for you, write to contact@gettopo.app within 14 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked. The license is then deactivated.

6. Warranty and liability

Topo is provided "as is". Some features depend on Apple or third-party services (Now Playing, weather) that may change. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
